Created by Matt Groening, The Simpsons is a classic hit among many different age groups, countries, and languages. Most would think that this comedy only airs in the United Stated and Canada, but it is also a favorite in places like South Africa, Mexico, Australia, and many more. The newest Simpsons favorite was The Simpsons Movie, which is now available in stores on DVD and Blue Ray.

The Simpsons box sets have been releases in various regions throughout the world since as early as 2001, when the Complete First Season was released as a box set. Ever since then there has been at least one season box set come out per year, and sometimes two.  There is a total of 11 seasons out right now. Season 12 will also come out soon, but the release date is not set yet. Each box set consists of all of the episodes from that season, as well as other special features such as commentaries and deleted scenes.
